Courses run from 9.45am for coffee and registration and end at 4.30pm

DAES invite our clients to subscribe to a code of conduct which is inclusive and treats all fellow trainees respectfully.  We aim to create a safe and supportive teaching and learning environment.

Our trainers will cover subjects such as health and safety, confidentiality and contractual agreements. Our purpose is to provide DAES clients with relevant knowledge to act and initiate positive changes.     

Cancellation Policy 

• A course can be cancelled within 30 days of making a booking and  full refund or a place on a future course can be reserved
• Any candidate  cancelling 14 days prior to the course being delivered will only  be eligible for a  50% refund
• Any cancellation made within 14days will be  liable to pay the full amount or you can send another delegate in your place
