First Steps

Involve a meeting to find out more about your school or organisation. We would then carry out a needs analysis which would be followed by a number of consultations with the appropriate people. Once we have identified and agreed your needs we move on.

The Planning Process

This stagel involves a developing detailed workshop/lesson plan. We would also be able to identify the required learning outcomes, how and when the sessions are to be carried out and suitable teaching and learning methods.

The Sessions

The workshops are run by one of our experienced trainers. The sessions would also be interactive, and delivered using various appropriate methods

Evaluation

Evaluation is an important part of the work we do. This is an opportunity for us both reassess our initial aims and objectives and receive feedback from the learners.

The Appraisal

Essential to delivering education and training is a planned ongoing review to assess how effective the sessions where this particularly important when looking at your School /Youth Group as a whole.
